Pakke Wildlife Sanctuary: Arunachal's Hidden Paradise

Nestled in the heart of Arunachal Pradesh, within the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas, lies a hidden gem that promises an experience like no other — the Pakke Wildlife Sanctuary and Tiger Reserve. A true testament to nature’s unmatched grandeur, this sanctuary stands as a haven for both wildlife and those who seek an unfiltered glimpse into the wild wonders of India’s Northeast.

Bordered by the Kameng River to the west and north and the Pakke River to the east, Pakke is a tranquil refuge, offering an idyllic escape from the noise of modern life. The confluence of these rivers creates a fertile land where verdant forests, alive with the colours of countless wildflowers, meet the azure skies above. Here, nature flourishes in its purest form.
